Agreement to Terms
By accessing autopane.com or contacting AutoPane Auto Glass you agree to these Terms & Conditions. AutoPane Auto Glass is operated by Titan AI Holdings, LLC.
Services
AutoPane Auto Glass provides auto glass repair and replacement services including windshield repair, windshield replacement, side window replacement, rear window replacement, and mirror repair. Services are available at our Casa Grande shop and via mobile service throughout the Phoenix East Valley.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle inspection, glass availability, and insurance coverage. We verify glass availability before confirming any appointment.
Insurance Claims
AutoPane works with all major insurance carriers. Insurance coverage for auto glass services is subject to your individual policy terms. We are not responsible for coverage determinations made by your insurance provider. Customers are responsible for any deductibles or amounts not covered by insurance.
SMS Communications and Consent
By submitting a quote request form on our website or by calling or texting 480-530-5210 you consent to receive SMS text messages from AutoPane Auto Glass. Messages may include quote information, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Appointments and Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather conditions, glass availability issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
Warranty
AutoPane provides a lifetime warranty on workmanship for all auto glass installations. This warranty covers defects in installation including leaks and wind noise caused by improper installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, vandalism, road debris, or normal wear and tear. Glass manufacturer warranties are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Limitation of Liability
AutoPane Auto Glass and Titan AI Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information when requesting a quote or scheduling service. AutoPane is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
